“ No trip to Crocker park is complete without a stop at Bodhi Express! I was a vegetarian for many years and recently started eating meat again, but I constantly crave their food. So to anyone who hasn’t tried their food because it’s all vegan, you are missing out! The orange chicken & beef and broccoli is the best... but recently tried the curry potatoes and they were absolutely life changing. If something is out, they are always very happy to make a new batch of it for you. The staff always goes above and beyond with their kindness which makes it a major plus to want to continue coming back! Even if you just stop in for a bubble tea , this is the place to be in Crocker Park! ”

The owner was SUPER SWEET AND FRIENDLY and offered to let us try a sample of some dishes to help decide what to order. “ Fantastic food- you don’t have to be vegan to think this is delicious! The Beijing mushrooms are AMAZING. I am also a huge fan of the potato curry and the orange chicken. I love the fruit teas too- my favorite is a strawberry tea, with blueberry popping pearls, and lychee jelly, 100% sweetness. The red bean buns are very subtly sweet, and a perfect end to the meal. Service is always friendly as well! 5/5 recommend. ”
“ Bodhi Express is a clean modern bright place on the corner. Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light. Everything is clean including the restrooms. As the name suggests, this is basically a vegan Chinese fast food place. Although it is fast food, the food is neither greasy nor salty. There are about a dozen menu items you can choose from including as a combo box where you can order a few menu items together instead of ala carte, plus a variety of bubble teas and drinks to choose from. Everything is good, especially the bubble teas. This is not only good for vegans and vegetarians, but everyone can enjoy tasty and a more healthy version of fast food. I recommend everybody give Bodhi Express a try. You'll definitely come back for at least the bubble teas. ”
“ We are from out of town and we came in to try this vegan spot and let me tell you- the food was AMAZING!! I loved the mushrooms (and I’m not usually a mushroom person) and the Beijing broccoli! I had bubble tea as well which was very tasty! The meal was very well priced and generous portions. I was full after eating and it’s such a clean and nice restaurant with a great team! The manager was so kind and checked in with us many times. It just was an awesome meal, kind people, and a super clean restaurant. The perfect combo of what you need ”
